Policies and Cancellations 

Cancellation policy:

Your appointment is set aside specifically for you as I value and respect your time. If you are unable to make your appointment I do require a minimum of 72 hour notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel within the policy window will result in a 75% of service charge. No show/day of cancellations will be charged in full. I understanding emergencies come up and I am very understanding when it comes to situations outside of your control. If this is the case please communicate that with me.

Product returns:

Any products unopened and unused may be returned for a full refund.

Used products must be returned within a week for an exchange/and or credit

Redo's:

I take pride and value in the work I do and although it's a rare occurrence, sometimes things don't turn out exactly as planned. When this happens I am more than happy to make the time to ensure you are happy with your results, please reach out within 5 days if we need to make any adjustments. Deciding you want something different than what was originally discussed after a completed service  will result in a new service and be charged.

Any complications involving hair extensions please message me ASAP and I will get it fixed. Although it is VERY rare, occasionally a bead will slip out or a string comes unraveled - these instances will always be addressed and fixed if it happens before your scheduled maintenance, these fixes usually only take 5-10 minutes.
